What does a yearly average hide about 55 years of city temperatures, and what appears once you plot the minimum and maximum too?
Short drills on what this video just taught. Write the code, run the checks, and reveal the answer only if you are stuck.
Each line of the file looks like "SEATTLE,3.1,19610101\n": city, temperature in °C, date as YYYYMMDD. The helper CtoF(c) from the video is already defined. Define parse_record(line) so it returns a tuple (city, temp_f, year): the city string, the temperature converted to Fahrenheit as a float, and the year as a four-character string.
def CtoF(c):
return (c * 9/5) + 32
